This application is intended for a UKATA Professional Member wishing to renew their subscription for a bespoke course as an extension to Asbestos Awareness.

The following criteria must be met prior to accepting an application to renew a bespoke course.
- The Professional Member employs at least one competent UKATA audited tutor to deliver the bespoke course specified below.
- The member’s Professional Membership shall be in process and all outstanding invoices paid before an application is accepted for a bespoke course

Training Premises
If you use third party premises it is your responsibility to inform delegates of housekeeping, i.e. fire exits, alarm tests, first aid and welfare facilities prior to course commencement.
