PLEASE NOTE: The Mayo Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals CLG is a company limited by guarantee. This is to protect its members. In the event of the company being wound up, each member is only responsible for €1 of any debts of the company. This is not the case with other structures. Every company limited by guarantee though has a legal responsibility to disclose its membership list on request. In this event, the details that must be provided are your name, address and date of becoming a member – nothing else.
