PARIS RENDEZVOUS LOCATION

Hotel Madison - 143 Boulevard Saint-Germain 75006 Paris

DETAILS
The hotel reception desks will know passengers' names in advance.

Passengers are welcome to arrive at the Hôtel Madison from 11:00 onwards, where hot and cold drinks will be available.

The Luciole Tour Guide, will arrive to meet passengers at 14:15 for the drive south to the Luciole. A comfort stop will be made along the way.

Luggage:
From 11:00 onwards, Luciole passengers are permitted to leave their luggage in the rendezvous room prior to departure. Please note, however, that while the area is secure, it is not locked. If passengers choose to leave their bags to explore the area or have lunch, they do so at their own risk.

We recommend that all luggage is clearly labelled and identifiable with your name and contact information.
Post-cruise transfer information

Information regarding the return transfer to Paris
TIMES
At the end of the cruise, passengers will leave the Luciole at 09:30 in our bus. The estimated arrival time at our drop off in Paris is between 12:30 - 13:00.

Occasionally our arrival time is delayed for reasons beyond our control and that we cannot be held responsible for. We therefore, strongly recommend that domestic train journeys are not booked before 16:00, Eurostar departures not booked before 17:00 and flights before 18:00.

LOCATION
The drop off in central Paris is in Saint-Germain-des-Pres with a second at Place Vendome. In both locations, taxis are readily available for onward travel.

LUGGAGE
Please note, we are unable to provide a luggage storage option after your cruise.
If you require a left luggage facility on your return to Paris, we recommend you organise this through the various luggage storage facilities to be found using an internet search.

Charter group transfers

For charter groups we are able to organise a rendezvous and drop off for the whole group at a location of your choice in Paris.

Independent travellers

This section applies to those joining or leaving the Luciole independently and not using our bus transfer. Please skip this section if this does not apply to you.

With our many years of experience we believe the options below are the most suitable and easiest logisitcally, for independent travellers to join the Luciole, whether this is by train, personal or rental car of if you have been staying locally.

CRUISE DIRECTION FROM AUXERRE TO CLAMECY:

Pre-Cruise: Passengers are invited aboard the Luciole at 16:45.

Post-Cruise: Our bus will pass through Auxerre en-route for Paris and can drop you at your requested location such as: train station, personal or rental car or your hotel. Arrival into Auxerre is approximately 10:30.

CRUISE DIRECTION FROM CLAMECY TO AUXERRE:

Pre-Cruise: Our bus will rendezvous with you in Auxerre, at an agreed meeting point at approximately 16:45 (time will be confirmed), before continuing on to Clamecy.

Post-Cruise: Depending on your onward travel arrangements, the crew can assist with luggage to your car or a nearby hotel, or our bus will drop you at a car rental office or the train station, en-route to Paris.

Please provide us with details of your travel plans. We will then send personalised rendezvous arrangements that do not compromise the itinerary schedule or fellow passengers.

Passengers choosing not to take our free transfer are responsible for their own transport costs.
