When a request for a Cancellation of Service is processed, it becomes extremely complex to retract. Therefore, it is essential that any request is clearly defined so the process is as clean as possible. Below is a guide to help you provide the details required for cancelling a service with Ibcos.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE INITIATED WITH A PHONE CALL TO THE ADMIN TEAM. THIS FORM NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT AND SENT TO IBCOS COMPUTERS BY CLICKING ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON ON THE FINAL PAGE.

The broadband service comes as a 12-month contract. After those 12 months, you can request a cancellation without any extra cost. However, if you wish to cancel within the first 12 months there will be a charge. On receiving a written confirmation there is a one month notice period before the Broadband is ceased.

Warning: If you have a phone line from a third party but with broadband from Ibcos on it then cancelling the phone line will cease the Broadband connection, which would cause serious issues for your business. Always err on the side of caution and phone Ibcos if you are unsure.
All Phone Lines come as a 12-month contract. After those 12 months, you can request a cancellation without any extra cost. Domain & Web Hosting

WARNING: E-mails and website may be affected if you cease a Domain. If unsure, please contact Ibcos Technical Support.
Transferring (Transfer away from Ibcos)
The third party taking over the domain and web hosting will request details via e-mail. This request will need to be e-mailed to Ibcos Computers. Forward in the e-mail rather than the third party sending it directly. This is to ascertain the request is from yourselves.

Cancellation
A Domain Cancellation will happen at the next renewal date after receiving this written notice below.

The Cancellation of Hosting would be after the one month of the received written notice period.
