Here's everything you need to know about this blast, INCLUDING WHAT WE REQUIRE YOU TO DO TO PROMOTE IT!
★ Deadline for authors to enter is May 20th. THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY THEN AND YOUR PAYMENT MUST HAVE BEEN MADE.
★ The cost to enter this giveaway is $50.00. $40 goes into the prize pool. $10 goes to Best Romance Author Giveaways to cover our admin time including creating graphics, setting up the promotional page, and also sending out two newsletters to our growing mailing list of hungry readers promoting the giveaway.
★ THIS GIVEAWAY IS FOR PARANORMAL ROMANCE OR FANTASY ROMANCE AUTHORS ONLY! No other genre is accepted.
★ Places are limited to 50 authors. This is so readers don't feel they will be overwhelmed by the number of new newsletters they will be receiving and are more likely to stay on your mailing list.
★ No books are promoted during this giveaway. It's purely to build newsletter subscribers.
★ If you will be using the new subscribers for more than one pen name, you MUST fill out the form for each pen name, pay the fee for each pen name and follow the rules for each pen name.
★ Prizes will be Amazon Gift Cards.
★ You MUST promote this giveaway through your own newsletter(s) by June 20th. If you are signing up for more than one pen name, you must promote it to each pen name's mailing list. Failure to promote to your newsletter by the deadline means you will not receive the list of subscribers at the end of the giveaway.
★ Sharing on Facebook, Blogs, Instagram, Twitter and other social media is optional and encouraged. You might even gain new subscribers from your own social platforms. Many of your readers who follow you will not be signed up to your mailing list. This is a great way to capture those readers!
★ Graphics will be sent to you for use in promoting this giveaway. You'll receive these prior to June 1st through email.
★ There is a double opt-in in place and all readers who enter the giveaway will be required to confirm their email address before they are added to the list of entrants. Because we require entrants to confirm their email address before they are added to the list of entrants, all email addresses gathered should be valid.
★ Readers entering the giveaway do not get to choose which authors' mailing lists they will join. By entering, they are agreeing to join everyone's mailing lists.

★ You take responsibility of what you do with the subscriber list given and any problems that might arise from it.
★ If an author acts unbecoming during the time of the giveaway, we have the right to remove that author from the giveaway, with no refund or reason given.
★ If you do not promote to your newsletter before the deadline, you will not receive the list of names and emails of everyone who entered the giveaway. Only authors who do the required promotional effort will be given the list after the giveaway ends.
