Registration

When you register for the first time, we invite you for an interview by Zoom. This will take 15 – 20 minutes.
You will receive a confirmation and an invoice for the registration fee. We ask you to pay the amount stated (€ 295) within two weeks. The remaining course fee (€950) must be paid during the first month of the training, or if preferred in instalments.

Each course costs €1245, please note that the Fundamentals Grade is divided into 2 courses. 5 Elements and 12 Meridians. Each of these courses costs €650. When you register for both courses at once, you will receive a € 55 discount on the total amount, which will be €1245 just like the Intermediate and Advanced Course.

After the intake interview, we will send you the invoice for the payment. During the first month of the training, you will receive the invoice for the remaining part of the training.

Pay in instalments
When you indicate that you want to pay the remaining course fee in 2 instalments, you pay € 500 in the month on the first day of class and € 500 halfway through the course.

When you cancel after starting the education we cannot refund you. In special cases, we can reschedule.

Cancellation by Do-In Academy

In case of insufficient registrations or force majeure, Do-In Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training.

Cancellation by student

If you are prevented from participating in the study program for which you enrolled, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the course, only the registration fee is due.

If cancelled within a month before the start, half of the course fee is due.

In case of cancellation after the start of the course, the full course fee is due.
