This questionnaire is is developed in the framework of PLATFORMA, within the Strategic Partnership Result R.3.2 “Enhanced capacities of LRGs and associations from the European neighbourhood area for fulfilling their own development objectives”, Activity A.3.2.2 “Dialogue with the European Southern Neighbourhood”. The Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR) is the responsible organization for the implementation of these activities.

The questions of this survey are addressed to local and regional authorities (LRAs) of both rims of the Mediterranean (even if some are more specifically tailored on Tunisian and Moroccan authorities). The answers of all stakeholders will be relevant for better shaping the training module in terms of needs, experiences or visions to capitalize.
