  • An invoice will be provided after we receive your payment. It will be included in the conference bag. The invoice will be issued in your name and the billing details that you provide below. Please use the Notes field (at the very end of the registration form) if you have any other requirements on the invoice (e.g. if you need to quote a particular purchase order number).

  • If you have a paper, please fill in all paper IDs (separated by comma) as indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent from EasyChair. Each paper must have at least one paying author.

    Please note that the conference proceedings will be published online free of charge. The conference fees do not include accommodation which will be available in Holiday Inn.

  • Evening on the beach

    On Wednesday evening 20 September there will be a social event with BBQ at Pall 14 beach pavilion in Katwijk. The event is open to accompanying persons too. The price includes a bus transfer from Holiday Inn to the beach and back. more information»

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation will be available at the conference venue in the Holiday Inn. Please use this booking form for discount rates.

  • Cancellations & refund policy

    • Cancellations received before 18 July 2017 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of € 30 processing fee.
    • Cancellations received between 18 July 2017 and 4 September 2017 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs.
    • NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 4 September 2017.
