Submission of this digital form is taken to mean agreement to the below. Crosslands makes the assurances in this agreement with a view to maintaining a long-term, warm collaboration between Learning Sites. We want to develop a sustainable partnership model that, under God, will allow our materials to be a blessing to his Church over a lengthy period. *
a. Leaders agree to conduct operations in a manner consistent with the stated mission and values of Crosslands and its brand.
b. Leaders commit to contributing generously to Crosslands and its courses through building relationships, seeking partnership with other Learning Sites to share best practice, particularly with pioneer sites in missional contexts.
c. Leaders set student fees based on site running costs and ensure all students purchase their courses through the BibleMesh platform. All sites are responsible for their own administration and marketing.
d. Leaders will submit to the Crosslands Administrator office a proposal for their Learning Site including an outline of fees to be charged per student and detailed information about the way the course will be run and plans to expand student numbers.
e. Leaders agree to abide by the copyright rules and not reproduce materials without written permission.
f. Leaders will be responsible for supporting and caring for their students by providing adequate student support through tutoring or mentoring; and by ensuring that the Learning Site or host church is covered by the necessary liability insurance. Crosslands will not be held responsible for any damages or claims made against Learning Sites or their host churches.
g. Leaders commit to attending or undertaking or contributing to any training for Site Leaders that Crosslands deems necessary.
h. Leaders agree to the theological and doctrinal position set forth by Crosslands, and will ensure that all speakers and tutors also fall in line with Crosslands' theological position, as outlined by the Statement of Faith and Ethos Policy.
