Regions that wish to have new clubs included in the 2nd Semester 2022/23 Report (1 February 2023 Report) must charter the club no later than 31 January 2024.
If you are completing this form later than 3 January 2024, the required 28 days' notice is not possible and the form will not allow the entry of charter dates before the end of January 2024.
If an earlier charter date is preferred:
The deadline for including new clubs in the 1 February 2024 Membership Report has passed.

NOTE: All members who join the club within a 60-day period immediately following the date of receipt of the complete charter application in the International Office (which date becomes the official “charter application date”) will be accepted as charter members. All such names must be added to a new, blank copy of the roster template and forwarded to the International Office by e-mail before the termination date.

The request is not guaranteed, exceptions may be made by the International Secretary General only in speical circumstances.
