The Registration process is straightforward, you will be asked for your name and contact details as the person making the registration. This information will only be used by the Conference Team in relation to this conference and will be deleted once the conference is over. Anonymised statistical data will be kept for future conference planning.
You will be asked for your hotel name so that your registration pack can be delivered there and be available when you check in. As we anticipate that some delegates will arrive on Saturday morning, you will also be asked if you would prefer to pick up your information at the Registration desk rather than have it delivered to your hotel. If your hotel is not listed, put "Other" in the hotel box and you will be able to pick up your registration pack and badges from the Registration Desk in the Conference Centre during any of the plenary sessions.
If you are registering on behalf of your club and not all the members are staying in the same hotel, please fill in a form for each hotel so that the packs can be correctly located.
You will be asked to enter the names of the people in your party. Don’t forget to register yourself in this section even if you have given your name as the contact. You should use the name that you want to appear on the delegate name badge.
You will also be asked whether the person is a 2018-19 Club President. All you have to do is click the appropriate "Yes" button.
