Volunteer Application Form

Please read the following guidelines and Volunteer Application Terms & Conditions before completing the Volunteer Application form:

1. The person intending to apply for a voluntary position at BTIT must complete the Volunteer Application Form themselves if he/she is 18 years of age or older. Young people under the age of 18 must get a parent or carer to complete the application. 
   
   
2. It will take you between 10 - 15 minutes to complete the Volunteer Application form.
   
   
3. I will ensure to provide correct and accurate information on this form. I understand that the offer of a voluntary position may be withdrawn if this application is based on fraudulent or misleading information.
   
   
4. I understand and agree that BTIT reserves the right to withdraw this application if BTIT does not have any vacancies or if BTIT feels that your application does not meet BTIT’s values and expectations.
   
   
5. I understand and agree to comply with any processes required to check my criminal records for the purpose of safeguarding vulnerable children and adults.
   
   
6. By signing this form, I understand and agree that BTIT is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
   
   
7. I understand BTIT actively promotes equal opportunities for all and seeks to prevent any discrimination on the basis of colour, race, religion, ethnic origin or nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
   
   
8. I understand that any personal information I provide to BTIT will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
