You must be at least 18 years old (on the date of your application) to appear on ‘Single AF’ (the “Programme”).
You must not be in breach of any contract by appearing (or by applying to appear) in the Programme.
You understand that, even if you are selected as a contributor, the Company 'Gobstopper TV' has no obligation to produce the Programme and if the Programme is made there will be no obligation on the Company or any broadcaster to broadcast it.
All decisions by the Company concerning selection of the contributors are final and you agree not to challenge or appeal against those decisions.
If any of the information given to the Company during the application process is found to be false (or the Company reasonably believes that you have knowingly supplied inaccurate, misleading or false information) the Company will be entitled in its sole discretion to exclude you from the selection process and/or you may be immediately disqualified from taking part in the Programme.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF YOUR DATA

The Company will not publish your address or contact details nor will we share your Personal Data with any third parties without your prior consent.
Your Personal Data will be shared with necessary members of the Company (including the Programme casting and production team) and relevant staff at the broadcaster of the Programme and, in terms of health and criminal records information, may be shared with the broadcaster and our and the broadcaster’s insurers.
