Fees
Monthly payments are due by the 3rd of each month. One month's fees are due at the time of re-enrolment.
Yearly payments must be made in full at the time of re-enrolment.
Students who are more than two weeks late in paying fees will have lessons suspended without refund until payment has been received.
Materials
A £35 materials fee is paid at the start of each academic year. The cost of any materials given in lessons are then taken out of this fee. Any money left at the end of the academic year can either be reimbursed to students or can roll over to the following academic year.
Procedure in the event of an absence
As our teachers have full timetables it is generally not possible to make up missed lessons at another point in the week. Instead, lessons are made up in half terms and the Easter holidays. No refunds are given for missed lessons. Although we do our best to make up lessons missed by students, please be aware that if you miss numberous lessons across the year we may not be able to make them all up.
Procedure for Termination of Lessons
One month's notice is required to terminate lessons. If you are not able to continue with lessons for the notice period you will still be liable to pay the full month's fees.
