Payment and cancellation policy
Once your booking form is processed your place is reserved and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice being issued, or in all circumstances before the training/event takes place, otherwise your place cannot be guaranteed.
If at any point after receiving your confirmation email, you wish to withdraw from the training course, the following terms apply: Cancellation one month, or more, prior to the training date no charge/full refund; Cancellation between two weeks and a month prior to the training date 50% charge/50% refund; Cancellation two weeks or less prior to the training date full charge/no refund.
You may give your place to another delegate as long as we are notified of the name change along with contact details at least one week before the training date. You may not transfer your place onto another course except in exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to: cancel a training course at one month’s notice if we don’t have enough bookings, in which case we will refund the training course fee only (no travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants will be reimbursed); and to use other Respect Approved Trainers than those advertised.
