Pool heat is from an additional £140 per week. (as at 01/01/2026)

To lock out the dates requested we require a 20% non refundable deposit for 2026/27 and for 2028 + bookings a 10% non refundable deposit now with a further 10% a minimum of 12 months prior to rental. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to the start of the rental. On receipt of the final balance we will forward full details of the villa including gate and door codes and directions etc.
