Fill out the time when the lesson happened and who was expected to attend.
If a student didn't show up as expected, then mark the respective checkbox as "Didn't attend".
Don't log students that come for a free trial lesson during a running course, feel free to rather submit their feedback as an additional note.
Your salary will be automatically calculated according to your lesson log every month, therefore fill it out carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
LESSON CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
It's highly discouraged to reschedule lessons, for it affects other courses and planning.
When everybody in the class wants and agrees to move a lesson, the teacher is responsible to finding a new timeslot. The decision must be coordinated with the school management to avoid overlaps with upcoming courses.
If a teacher cannot attend due to personal reasons, the school will look for a replacement so the course continues without interruption. This is the preferred and simpler way as opposed to rescheduling the lesson for everybody.
For individual courses students have the right to cancel a lesson with 24h prior notice. If the cancelation request comes, the rescheduling must also be coordinated with the school management.
To sum up, whenever a need to cancel or move a lesson comes up, it must be coordinated with the school management in order to keep your salary, company's accounting and planning of resources straight.
