Shipping from outside UK: Airmail is usually cheapest option, when posted with your national post carier. You may be charged for import tax and duties which depends on value declaration. We are not taking any responsibility in regards to those fees. Additionally when you sending your goods to UK, we may be liable to pay taxes, and those fees will be forwarded to you before we return your equipmnet.
Please do NOT send batteries, cables or chargers unless there is a fault with them or you been instructed to do so. Please contact us if any doubt.

You will receive email which you have to print and attach to parcel with your item. Please check your spam box if not arrived in 10 mins after pressing Go! button.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products sent to us are carefully packed to prevent damage in shipping. You are advised to protect screens in particular with thick cardboard or something similar because they are easily cracked. We strongly recommend you ship with tracking and adequate insurance cover for your product.
We will not be responsible for any items not signed as received by us or any product damaged in shipping. Please put your name, address and telephone number clearly on the back of the package you send
lf repairs where shipment or/and repair fee is NOT paid within 14 days from notification, will be stored for a fee of £2 per day. After 3 calendar months we may dispose of your unit.
We use alcohol wipes/liquid for cleaning purposes. We do not allow any food to contaminate with your equipment.
Please note: After we receive your item we will contact you to confirm the cost of labour and parts used to repair your product. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you just pay the cost of investigating and diagnosing the fault which is £25 + return postage to you.
*-We may pass your details to an outsourced service centre, or to a manufacturer in respect of repair/service of your equipment. Additionally your data will be used by shipping company.
