About The Superbia Fund
The Superbia Fund is operated by Manchester Pride with the aim to encourage greater social inclusion for LGBT+ people throughout Greater Manchester.
Superbia grants have been created to support events for, by or relevant to LGBT people in Greater Manchester.
Applications are welcome from venues, groups, organsations or individauls based within Greater Manchester, or those based elsewhere who are delivering an event that will take place in Greater Manchester that is accessible to LGBT+ people.
Who can apply for a Superbia Grant?
Anybody producing an event within Greater Manchester that specifically includes and or welcomes LGBT+ people.
How many times can I apply?
You may only submit one application per event.
What can a Superbia Grant be used for?
To cover the costs of specific elements in the delivery of your event.
Is there anything that a grant can't be used for?
A Superbia Grant is what's referred to as a restricted fund grant. This means that there are some things that can't be funded. A grant cannot be used:
To fund or partically fund a salary.
To directly contribute towards operational staff costs or general operating costs for your organisation or event.
To pay for food or drink (other than water refreshment).

How much can we apply for?
There are two levels of grants available:
Tier 1 - Up to £500
Tier 2 - Over £500 up to £2,000

Your application will be reviewed by the board of trustees at Manchester Pride.
