ii) My BTBA membership is current or I have/require affilate membership.

iii) I understand that it will be my responsibility to register my certificate with the DBS update service so that the BTBA can make annual checks on my DBS status

iv) I understand that any personal information gathered on this form will be stored and used to ensure the sucessful completion of this application. After which time relevant data will be held on the BTBA Membership database in accordance with the data retention policies which are available on our website.
