It is my policy to provide clients with general information about treatment status. If it is necessary to refer my client to another professional with more specialised skills, I will share that information with you and seek your permission accordingly. The session is completely confidential. It is helpful to remember that our relationship is professional and not social. Our professional relationship is of utmost importance as we work together towards achieving resolution of your issue. You are in complete control and may end the relationship at any time. I have been trained to a high standard to cause no psychological harm, however you have the right to refuse my techniques or suggestions that you believe might be harmful.
During Hypnosis, clients may experience some emotional releases (abreactions) like crying, yawning, shaking, laughing etc, which is perfectly normal as it’s the body’s way of finally letting go. After the session, clients may also experience more emotions, from feeling lighter and happier to feeling a little bit foggy or tearful.
Please note it is extremely important you follow the techniques I provide and are willing to work with me. Of course, if you wish not to that is fine but I cannot be held responsible should you not wish to action my techniques that will move you towards what you want. Please be aware everyone responds differently and the impact can be either instant, cumulative or over a period of time.
