NOW RECRUITING NEW MEMBERS
- NÓS NUA - LOUTH YOUTH FOLK ORCHESTRA is an exciting joint initiative between Music Generation Louth and Comhaltas Regional Centre - Oriel Centre Dundalk Gaol .
- Calling young musicians from Louth and surrounding counties (music students:12-18 yrs*) of intermediate to advanced level to join Nós Nua, our now well established folk orchestra. Promising great craic, fantastic music and performance opportunities. *Younger students from age 10 may apply and will be considered based on musical merit.
- 15 - 20 days of workshops and rehearsals to take place during school holidays, mid terms with a possibility of limited weekend commitment.
- Expressions of interest welcome from experienced young musicians who play all types of instruments and musical styles.
- Auditions being held November 2019. Date TBD
