Submissions from outside UK: you may be charged for import tax and duties. WE are not taking any responsibility in regards to those fees. Additionally when you sending your goods to UK, we may be liable to pay taxes, and those fees will be forwarded to you before we return your equipmnet.
Please do NOT send batteries, cables or chargers unless there is a fault with them or you been instructed to do so.
All items will be inspected on arrival and will be put on hold when this box doesn't match.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products sent to us are carefully packed to prevent damage in shipping. You are advised to protect screens in particular with thick cardboard or something similar because they are easily cracked. We strongly recommend you ship with tracking and adequate insurance cover for your product.

Please note: After we receive your item we will contact you to confirm the cost of labour and parts used to repair your product. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you just pay the cost of investigating and diagnosing the fault which is £25 + return postage to you.
All repairs where shipment is NOT paid within 14 days from notification will be stored for a fee of £2 per day. After 6 calendar months we may dispose your unit.
We use alcohol wipes/liquid for cleaning purposes.
We do not allow any food to contact with your equipment.
