CREATIONS - What did your visitors create? How did you encourage their creativity?
EMBRACING THE 2017 theme: LIVING LINES ( Our theme is always optional, but if you've decided to embrace it we'd love to hear how!)
FEEDBACK (What did your visitors have to say about your events?)
We also welcome the following supplementary evidence: Press coverage, publicity materials + Participants’ comments and feedback.
Advice on images: Too many Big Draw Award applications are let down by poor documentation. It is important that the images accompanying your application are carefully edited to tell the story of your event and represent both activities and results. Approximately 10 images should be enough for this purpose. Here is a list of common mistakes; please avoid them:1. Pictures only of the final work 2. Pictures only of people engaged in the activity 3. Too much repetition 4. The same image taken from multiple angles or at different zooms 5. Too few images 6. Focusing on something in your description that is not illustrated by an image 7. Unedited/uncropped images 8. Images which have not been rotated correctly.
Thank you for your application and good luck!
