As one of the official “stakeholders” for the European Year, Europa Nostra is entitled to grant the EYCH label to European projects implemented by its members, associates or partners (on the basis of the Guidelines for Labelling of Initiatives produced by the European Commission).

Eligibility:
Organisations can apply to Europa Nostra for the EYCH 2018 label if...
- They are a member, associate or partner organisations of Europa Nostra
- AND they are implementing a cross-border project which:
- Take place between 7 December 2017 (which marks the official launch of the Year at the European Culture Forum in Milan) and 31 December 2018
- Responds to the objectives of the EYCH 2018 (as outlined in the application form).
Application procedure:
Members, associates and partners of Europa Nostra are invited to provide information about their project by filling in the online application form.
Europa Nostra will review the applications and - if all requirements are met - provide members with the label as soon as possible after their application.
N.B.: Europa Nostra as stakeholder is required to provide a regular reporting to the European Commission (EC) about the initiatives labelled. While the application and the reporting procedure require an additional administrative effort both from our members, associates or partners and from the Europa Nostra Secretariat, the data collected via the application form might provide useful information to the services in the European Commission. Europa Nostra expects that the data thus collected could provide strong arguments in favour of future support to culture and cultural heritage at EU level.
This form applies to cross-border/European projects only. For initiatives and events taking place at the national, regional and local level, please contact the national coordinator in your country.
