We particularly welcome makers who can ALSO demonstrate on their stands, as our visitors enjoy observing you making and it can start a dialogue with you about your practice. You will still need to be selected to sell your work, but if possible we will give you extra free space on your stand to set up equipment to demonstrate your making.

  • GNCCF Outreach

GNCCF carry out outreach work with our partner charities working with disadvantaged communities in Greater Manchester. We provide high quality workshops for people to learn new craft skills and make something they are proud of.  We hire makers to plan workshops lasting upto 1.5 hours, or a series of workshops over consecutive weeks to deliver more ambitious projects. Workshops need to be aimed as if the participants are around 8 years of age, as some of those taking part have learning difficulties - participants have different levels of ability. If you would like to design and lead a workshop we would love to hear from you. Please outline what type of workshops you could deliver, what space and amenities you will need access to, any relevant experience – and if you are DBS checked (though this is not a requirement).
