Preparing your Laundry for Pick-Up
Please order (2) hours prior to start pick up time slot requested. There is 7AM - 9AM and 10 AM - 12PM Pickup times Monday - Friday. Saturday Pickup time is 10AM - 12PM only. No Same Day Service on Thursday - Saturday. Pickup time for example 7AM - 9AM pick up will be between 7AM to 9AM for all invoices that printed prior to 7AM Pickup Start Time. Next Pickup is 10AM - 12PM.

Dry Cleaning must be put into a separate bag and labeled "Dry Cleaning".

For the safety of our customers and staff THELAUNDRYBAGVALET.COM does not pick up any laundry bags in any (open) containers such as baskets,hampers, open laundry bags and we do not pickup mesh bags. Your safety is very important to us. The Laundry Bag Valet does not clean clothing infested with any kind of bugs such as bed bugs, fleas, mites, roaches or any bugs and / or insects. Customer may be liable for damages.
