This form allows for booking of rooms in LSU.

For any LSU Society, this booking form should only be used by your Chair or a single delegated individual from your committee.

This form does not guarantee your booking

This just puts in the request with the relevant parties - your booking is only accepted once LSU staff have emailed you.
