Only applicants based in the United Kingdom can apply for Report Assurance using this form. All applicants must be organisation member of The Institute for Social Value UK. If you are not a current member of, then please register on our website here before completing this form

If you are not based in the United Kingdom, you must apply through Social Value International. Applications from non-members will not be accepted.

Supporting documents

We require the following documents to complete your application:
- A complete copy of the report, including any appendices, with all references to the author removed
- A complete Excel (or similar) version of the impact map used as the basis for this analysis, with all references to the author removed
- Evidence of permission to submit the report from the relevant organisations. This evidence can be a signed letter, or a screenshot of an email from a representative of the organisation.
- A signed copy of the terms and conditions of application.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Report Assurance on behalf of UK-based applicants is delivered by Social Value UK on behalf of Social Value International. Social Value UK and Social Value International will use the information you submit during the application process to deliver the service to you. As part of this service, your application information will also be shared with one or more of our assessors. Application documents and feedback may be used for training and quality assurance purposes.
