Please Note for Collections:

- There is no paperwork for you to complete.

- The collection is done by DPD, the driver will attach a barcode number to your box and leave you with a copy for traceability.

- Please ensure your tool is packaged well in a suitable box for transporting.

- Please have your tool ready for collecting on the day of submitting the form, as sometimes the collection may be on the same day. If the tool is not ready when the DPD driver arrives, this will incur a ‘failed collection’ charge of £15.

- We may contact you for further information regarding the tool faults.

We are committed to providing prompt service and support to our customers, and aim to have your tool repaired as soon as possible. On repair we will send you a confirmation of the repair, all tool repairs are returned with a delivery charge of £34 & first hour labour change of £90, consecutive hours (if required) are £70.
