January 2020 Registration Form - Language for Fun Classes for Adults Malvern, Ledbury and Worcester
Many thanks for your interest in our Language for Fun classes for adults which will start in January.

We have lovely venues in Malvern, Worcester, and Ledbury for our classes and we are now taking names down for the spring term.
Once enough interest has been shown in a given class, we will email you to let you know and we will pass on our payment details so that your deposit (50%) can be paid. The balance must be paid before the course starts. Your commitment is for the whole term and refunds will only be issued in rare circumstances.

Lessons are between 75 - 90 minutes long and cost £15 per lesson, bookable for the whole term (If a class has 4 or fewer learners lessons will be 60 minutes long). Course materials & access to videos are included in the cost. There are ten lessons each term. Some classes already have some learners in them, but some classes are brand new!

Our conversation classes take place in a relaxed, yet highly structured atmosphere, where everyone is included and supported. Our unique method, workbooks, and videos support you all the way in comfort and style.

If the venue or timings don't suit your schedule, please tell us when and where you would be able to attend and if we have enough interest, we will open a new class.

Term dates

The spring term comprises 10 classes and will start the week beginning the 20th January and will finish the week beginning the 30th March There will be no classes the week beginning 17th February (half-term).

Venues

Being a small business ourselves, we are keen to support other local traders and some of our venues have cafes/ bars. Please purchase a drink to enjoy during the lesson!

How to decide what level you are:

- Beginners 1: For the real beginner or the truly terrified, start with 1,2,3, a,b,c

- Beginners 2/3: If you have some basic knowledge - counting - greetings - buying items etc.

- Refreshers: If you are not a Beginner but maybe not quite ready for the different tenses and more challenging conversations at Improver level

- Improvers: If you have studied the language before, master the past and the future tenses.

- Intermediate: Good GCSE / ‘O’ level? Come and practice your compound tenses - talk about your dreams, hopes and regrets!

- Advanced: A’ or degree level. Widen your vocabulary, increase your fluency & start the subjunctive!

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation of classes
In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled, you will be contacted as soon as possible, using the details you have provided. Please keep us up to date with any changes to details.
A cancelled class will normally be reschedule for the week following the end of the 10 week term. If you have informed us that you are unable to attend the rescheduled class within 3 days of being notified, you will be offered a £15 refund (cost of one class)

Refund policy
Ensure your commitment to the course prior to full payment, as the course is non-refundable and dates are non-transferable, unless in exceptional circumstances and then at the discretion of the licence holder, Dee Vincent-Lloyd.
Refunds are not available if you are unable to attend a class due to a minor illness or you are on holiday.
In the above circumstances, please notify your teacher of your absence so we can provide you with materials to help you catch up. There is a video of the core vocabulary and the worksheets can be given out in advance for planned holidays or after illness. As the structure of the lessons is the same every week, you will be able to work through the materials at your own page. We also reviw the previous week's learning before we begin a new lesson.
