A) The Session
This session is to photogrpahy products for a UK clothing company. You will have no choice in the outfits used. This is a mini session and will last approx 30/40 minutes.
B) Images
I will provide you with 3 6x4" prints as a thank you
C) Re-shoots / Refunds
As this is for a promotional purpose there are NO re-shoots
D) Retainer
A retainer of £20 is needed if you are chosen and will be fully refnunded on the day of the session when you arrive. This is to ensure you arrive for your session and if you do not show your retainer will be kept.
E) Archive
After six (6) months, all images will be purged from the photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.
F) Session Requests
As this is a mini session for the purpose of the promotion advertisement only the parent/parents are able to attend, no siblings or family members. Studio space will be limited.
G) Model Release
I hereby give Bumps Baby Beyond the absolute right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and all named above full copyright of these photographs to the above-mentioned company together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part. I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. I give full permission for videoing to be taken on the day and full copyright remains with Bumps Baby Beyond. All images could be used on social media/websites and any way we see fit.
H) Liability
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
I) Copyright & Penalty
Bumps Baby Beyond retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release may be purchased with digital files to print portraits for personal. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Bumps Baby Beyond form an online gallery. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.
*Session starts at the agreed upon time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their session
Personal cameras are not allowed in the studio during your session, please turn them onto silent.
