COPYRIGHT TERMS

Before filling in the entry form, please pay attention to:

1. The film maker declares that he/she/they has the copyright of the work and should be regarded as the sole maker;

2. The film maker allows The One Minutes Foundation to use his/her/their one minute movie for non-commercial activities* organised or promoted by The One Minutes foundation;

3. All activities may include the The One Minutes logo and a reference to The One Minutes Foundation;

4. Activities consist of presentation of the work in an exhibition, a screening, a porgramme, a lecture, in a TV broadcast, during an Award event, in a catalogue, accompanying printed materials and on the websites of The One Minutes and the project partners;

5. The One Minutes uses the movie as submitted, but is allowed to present the work without sound if needed;

6. The One Minutes Foundation and its official partners can also allow third parties to use The One Minutes for similar activities;

7. In case these third parties pay revenues of broadcast or any other fee for authorship rights, these revenues will be paid to the film maker;

8. The film maker can withdraw his/her permission to use the work at all times, provided that The One Minutes Foundation and its official partners or third parties to whom The One Minutes Foundation granted permission, cannot be asked to change activities which have been already realised, or are in a late preparatory state of organisation;

9. The One Minutes Foundation cannot use the work in any other way than as described above, unless with the explicit permission of the film maker.

The film maker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The One Minutes Foundation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and its affiliates from and against any and all claims made by employees of the productions and any and all third-party claims arising from or in any way related to any copyrights, thereby expressly including the music rights. 电影制作人同意担保一分钟基金会、其管理人员、董事、员工、代理、发行方及其附属公司的免责损害，使其免受电影制作人员提出的任何和所有索赔以及因任何版权相关的方式和第三方进行索赔，包括音乐版权。 因第三方版权主张而产生或导致的所有费用均由电影制作人承担。

Por favor, utilice nuestro formulario en línea para enviar su video. Al enviar su video, este pasa a formar parte de la Colección The One Minutes y puede ser seleccionado para la Serie The One Minutes y para futuras asignaciones. Su video será preservado por el Instituto Neerlandés de Sonido y Visión (The Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision), que gestiona el patrimonio audiovisual. Sound and Vision está autorizado a publicar material de The One Minutes en los portales de búsqueda para profesionales de los medios, investigadores y el público en general.

TÉRMINOS DE DERECHOS DE AUTOR

Antes de rellenar el formulario de presentación, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:

1. El/la cineasta declara que posee los derechos de autor de la obra y debe ser considerado como el/la único/a creador/a;

2. El/la cineasta permite a la Fundación The One Minutes utilizar su película de un minuto para actividades no comerciales* organizadas o promovidas por la Fundación The One Minutes;

3. Todas las actividades pueden incluir el logotipo de The One Minutes y una referencia a la Fundación The One Minutes;

4. Las actividades incluyen la presentación de la obra en una exposición, una proyección, un programa, una conferencia, en una emisión de televisión, durante un evento de premiación, en un catálogo, en materiales impresos acompañantes y en los sitios web de The One Minutes y de los socios del proyecto;

5. The One Minutes utiliza la película tal como se envía, pero tiene permiso para presentar la obra sin sonido si es necesario;

6. La Fundación The One Minutes y sus socios oficiales también pueden permitir que terceros utilicen The One Minutes para actividades similares;

8. El/la cineasta puede retirar su permiso para utilizar la obra en cualquier momento, siempre que no se pueda exigir a la Fundación The One Minutes, a sus socios oficiales ni a terceros a los que la Fundación haya otorgado permiso que cambien actividades que ya se han realizado o que estén en una fase avanzada de preparación;

9. La Fundación The One Minutes no puede utilizar la obra de ninguna otra manera distinta a la descrita anteriormente, salvo con el permiso explícito del/la cineasta.

El/la cineasta acepta indemnizar y mantener exenta de responsabilidad a la Fundación The One Minutes, sus oficiales, directores, empleados, agentes, distribuidores y sus filiales, frente a cualquier y toda reclamación presentada por empleados de la producción y cualquier reclamación de terceros que surja o esté relacionada de cualquier manera con derechos de autor, incluyendo expresamente los derechos musicales. Todos los costos que surjan como resultado de reclamaciones de derechos de autor por parte de terceros saranno a cargo del/la cineasta.
