Who Are We

BDP Design & Print Ltd, trading as BDP Creative Solutions will be the ‘Controller’ of the photographs that we store.

We are a Registered Company and our number is 7768595. Our address is: Theme House, Park Hall Complex, Park Hall Road, Charnock Richard, Chorley PR7 5LP.

What We Are We Doing

We require your permission to store photographs that either one of our photographers has taken, or you have supplied, to produce the work that you have requested us to do. This could include childrens’ photos for your school prospectus or staff photos for your school's ID badges. All photographs are stored on our secure server. All childrens’ photos stored are non-identifiable.

We do not store any personal data whatsoever.

The only data stored by BDP Design & Print Ltd includes:

• School contact information
• Job titles, names & roles of contacts within school
• Email addresses of school contacts

Why We Need It

We need your permission to ensure that we are complient with the new GDRP regulations that come into effect in May 2018.

How Long We Keep It

We will store your photographs for a maximum of two years after the completion of the project, to ensure we can fulfill a repeat order, if required. After the two year limit, all photographs will be deleted. You can request copies of your photographs at any time by emailing paul@bdpdesign.org.
