  • Fairground Rides / Fun Fair

    Please note, where fairground rides / fun fairs are being brought on site for the purpose of the event the Health & Safety Executive NI (HSENI) must be notified. All paperwork for each piece of equipment i.e. safety certificates / risk assessments must be available for inspection. Also, the employer's & public liability certificate for the provider responsible for erecting the equipment must be present on site along with an electrical testing certificate and reviewed accordingly.   • Please note, due to limited stands available a selection process will take place for each event. This will be based on the Council requirements for each particular event and how the application meets the terms and conditions

  • Food Hygiene Rating

    Only businesses with a rating of the '4' or '5' will be accepted to trade at Council Events and Festivals

  • FODC welcome All Food Traders and concessions that have appropriate policies and procedures in place in regard to providing biodegradable containers and systems for the disposal of dirty water, cooking oil etc. Under new legislation – the Food Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) – all food waste must be placed in brown wheelie bin or food waste caddy.
    It is up to each Food Trader to ensure that all waste food is placed in BROWN WHEELIE bin at the event OR Remove all food waste from site and disposed of in their own Brown Wheelie bin.

  • Risk Assessments

    Completed risk assessments will required for your trading stand and/or vehicle. This will include general / fire / food preparation / food handling, where applicable.

    A trading fee of £50.00 will be required depending on the event. This will be detailed in the email notification to trade by a Council Officer prior to each event. A trading fee is not required for the Enniskillen Christmas Craft and Food Fair
