Failure to drain the fuel and oil and airing the machine may cause the package to be detained at the central distribution hub - this will incur a charge for re-collection which you will be responsible for.
Any damage or loss due to insufficient packaging will not be able to be claimed for from the courier company and will be your responsibility.
When your machine is returned to us; if any fault reported is found to be one that is not covered by your warranty then you will be charged for the re-delivery, labour and any parts used.
If your machine is covered by a Return to Base (RTB) warranty; you will be charged for collection, the cost of which will be discussed with you before arranging the collection.
NB ** Highlands, Islands and extended areas will be priced on application.
IMPORTANT: On receipt of this form you will recieve a PDF / printable RMA slip that MUST be included with your return. Failure to do this will result in delays for repair, replacement or refunds.
We will book the collection and email the label. The delivery label must be securely attached to the package along with the returns form.
By signing this form, you are in agreement with the above terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
