We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked service such as Royal Mail Signed For or Collect+. If you have changed your mind about a product, you are responsible for paying the return postage.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days following receipt to the payment method orignally used to purchase the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
