Where possible UK Postbox aims to complete subject access free of charge, however as per The General Data Protection Regulation, if requests are overly difficult to comply with and would take significant additional resource to process, UK Postbox reserves the right to charge an administration fee.

UK Postbox Subject Access Requests are typically completed within 30 days of receipt of completed form submissions. In certain circumstances, the process can take longer, if we anticipate your request will take more than 30 days we will notify you via the email address supplied.
