All Christmas bookings are placed as a provisional only booking until a deposit is paid to secure the time & date.
A Deposit of £5 per head is payable depending on when the provisional booking is placed.
PLEASE NOTE: Thurs-Sat are the most popular days to request, it is highly recommended that you pay your deposit as soon as possible as its the ONLY way to secure your space.
Reservations/Provisional bookings made in:
August - October :
Payment is required within 2 weeks of initial booking
Payment required within 1 week of initial booking
December - within 48 hours
Failure to pay the deposit may see your booking cancelled without notice & given to party on a waiting list.
We will only send 1 reminder if payment is outstanding a few days before it’s due. It’s the customers responsibility to ensure payment is made on time, if we don’t receive correspondence within 48hrs of a reminder sent the booking will automatically be cancelled.
Deposits are refundable against the final bill on the day of reservation.
PRE - ORDERING MEALS
All members of a party must order from the same menu. Which is either the Main menu at the time or the Christmas 3 course with the exception of Children or specific dietary needs which have been discussed & agreed with us prior to booking.
The MAXIMUM booking size we allow orders from the main menu is 15 persons. Any number above this all guests must order from the Christmas 3 Course Menu. Again with the exception of Children or dietary needs agreed with us prior to booking.
All meal choices must be submitted to us via the method on the website. Christmas 3 course choices must use the form provided via the download link. Main menu choices submitted via the website must use a Spreadsheet or Word format with guest names, all upgrades, side orders & cooking or sauce requirements noted. Desserts do not need to be pre ordered.
ALL CHOICES MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL or risk losing reservation & deposit.
Parties can cancel anytime up to 2 weeks prior to arrival without risk to deposit which remains refundable until then.
Parties who cancel within 2 weeks of arrival will have their deposit retained by us.
Individuals from a party who cancel within 48hours of reservation will have their £5 deposit retained by us.
Individuals from a party who cancel on the day of the reservation due to any reason, the full value of their pre-ordered meal is chargeable & will remain on the remaining parties bill minus the deposit deduction of £5. Remaining party members may either choose to pay the outstanding or have the pre ordered meal shared on the table as it remains chargeable, alternatively find a new guest to fill the space but will be required to have the already chosen meals.
