Please complete your proposed design on the outline provided. Submitted artwork must be no larger than A4. Supporting materials are accepted but please keep them to a minimum. Uploads are limited at a maximum of 4 documents (pdf, jpg, png, gif, doc) and a maximum size of 5Mb. Please remember to keep copies of your application form and all associated materials. *
