If you are looking to book for under 8 guests, I'm afraid this isn't possible except for published special occasion (Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc). See social media for details of these occasions.
With the exception of Special Occasions, the Monterey Jack's group of restaurants only allow and accept table bookings for large groups to ensure correct staffing and food ordering in preperation for the increased numbers.
For couples, trios and other small tables we invite you to come along and we will seat you as soon as possible. Most tables are seated within 5 minutes of arriving - it's no myth.
We appreciate you reaching out but please do bear in mind, this is a company wide policy and Facebook messages, emails sent to individual locations or telephone calls requesting bookings for less than just simply cannot be processed - our restaurant staff do not have the ability or technical facility to deviate from this policy.

Q. Why don't you take reservations for small tables?A. Like many operators we don't take reservations for smaller tables. The nature of our business, speed of service and the style of product generally ensures tables are turned around and there is next to no delay in seating customers. We appreciate that at peak times new customers may have a small wait, if this happens we invite you to sit back and relax in the bar area until your table is ready.
If you need a further explanation, keep reading...If we accepted reservations for all tables at all times, we would be required to hold tables for up to one hour prior so there was no occupancy issue upon your arrival. This would inevitably limit the amount of customers we could therefore accommodate.
In addition we eliminate the very common problem of "no shows" which plague other brands and would be detrimental to our customers as it would cause less availability and higher food and drink costs.
Q. If I book a table and cannot make it, can I get a refund?A. As long as you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, a refund will be issued. You MUST cancel and request a refund by completing a 'Refund Request' stating that you are cancelling with 48 hours notice.
If you falsely book a group table and less than the stated group size turn up, our terms and conditions clearly state that deposit amounts are therefore forfeited.
