Your Parenting Story

Thank you for taking the time to share your parenting story with me. The information will help give me an overview of your current situation and the level of support that would best meet your needs. I know that it can be hard sharing this information, and it’s not always easy to remember how long things have been going on for. That’s okay. Just do the best you can. If I feel that I need more information to make sure I’m suggesting the right things for you, I’ll ask if we can have a quick chat OR we can go through it during our consultation together.
