    Please complete the below information so we are aware of who will fund service/repair costs if your item is not in warranty. As standard your Kingkraft product gets a two year manufacturing warranty, this does not cover accidental damage/misuse and servicing. 

    Five year servicing and warranty packages are available on new products (terms and conditions apply-please contact Kingkraft for further advice)

    Kingkraft send reminders to the installation address when a service is due (please let us know if you would like reminders sending to an alternative address/email) 

    We recommend an annual service on our products (Hoists and Multibath SE's require 6 month LOLER tests)

    To proceed with any service or repairs, Kingkraft respectfully asks that this is put in writing. 

    Kingkraft will not pass on your information on to any third party unless required to do so by law or it is essential for the implementation of a service contract or warranty callout. 

    Kingkraft will always try to contact you in the unlikely event that there a safety issue is identified with your equipment.

  • If you are funding privately or via solicitors

    Please also note, this form is for our records and we do still need confirmation from you that you would like to proceed with any servicing repairs that you are quoted from Kingkraft.

    Please note, Kingkraft can not proceed without official authorisation from whoever is repsonsible for paying on going costs and the following must be completed by the appropriate person at the organsation. Skip this section if you are privately funding and go to 'STEP 4'
