Terms and Conditions
Upon completion and sending of this registration form, I confirm that I have read and accepted the terms and conditions detailed below.
We will confirm your participation after receiving this registration form and payment. The delegate will receive the invoice confirming the payment within 48hrs. The hotel details will be sent to the delegate, two to three weeks before the date of commencement of the conference.
Made one month prior to the start of the conference will be refunded less than 50% of administration charge. Refunds will be made after the conference. Cancellations made within one month of the conference start date will receive no refund. Substitutes of delegates are accepted till 3 days before the conference.
While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event, Halcyon Group reserves the right to change event dates, sites or locations, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that Halcyon Group permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any vis major occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
All disputes arising from the present contract and/or in connection with it, shall be finally decided with the Arbitration Court attached to The Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic.
All Intellectual Property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Halcyon Group in connection with this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
