  • The process for arranging an external speaker to speak at an event has changed as of January 2024.

    From January 2024, the process is now as follows:

    - The external speaker check and submission form (this form) must be submitted before you approach the speaker and invite them to speak at your event

    - Once you have submitted your form (this form), a member of SU staff will contact you to give the go ahead to contact the speaker and invite them to talk at your event.

    - The check and submission form (this form) must still be submitted at least 3 weeks before the proposed event.
