Which Estate Planing documents do you need?
A Will dictates what you want when you pass away. A Power of Attorney authorises another person to act on your behalf during your lifetime (eg. while you're in a coma). A Death Benefit Nomination instructs your Superannuation Fund on how you want your death benefits paid out (as this can save an enormous amount of time and money)
