Please always note:

- we need a clean, flat space measuring 2 x 2 meters

- there should be a power socket within 5 meters

- for online gallery feature we need WIFI from the location

- if it is outside, the place should be protected from wind and rain!
Our background banner is sensitive to wind - organize a protected place on a wall!

- you or your friend have to pay a cash deposit of 350 € before installation time
(so 350 € deposit in cash, plus {timeFor34} minus your 150 € prepayment)

- we will do a reservation only, if you are paying 150 € in advance. The rest of the money will be paid in cash before installation time

Please read and sign our rental contract* This field is required.The photo box will be handed over for rental according to the item description in the invoice / e-mail. The rental period is limited to a maximum of 24 hours. A deposit of €350.00 in cash will be paid prior to installation via paypal. This will be refunded by us in cash at the following day when the booth and equipment is dismantled, provided the photo box has been returned undamaged. All damages incurred are to be paid by the tenant. If damage has occurred, this must be reported immediately. In this case, the deposit would initially be retained and after the damage had been repaired, the remaining amount would be paid out or any additional costs incurred (see price list) would be claimed. The value replacement is calculated as follows: CANON = 1000 € // Screen = 750€ // Flash = 73 € // Printer = 1290 € // Cables = 80 € // Cladding PVC panels = 46 € per side // Lens = 350 € // Background banners: €289 Hourly rate for cleaning, maintenance, repair, processing or overtime during construction due to delays on site = 79 € The prices given here apply regardless of the current value or replacement value and are net prices plus 19% VAT. The photo box may only be assembled, installed and dismantled the following day by the OWNER. The tenant undertakes to monitor the photo box during the entire period of use and to point out to the guests that the photo box may not be moved and that extreme caution is required with the technology. SUPPORT is available immediately until 12pm under +35799890211 via WhatsApp. The photobox was designed in such a way that it can run continuously for up to 24 hours without any outside influence. If a technician is called to the event location due to faulty supervision or influence, we charge €1/km driven and a flat-rate fee of €90/hour or part thereof. We can only setup your photobooth if there is a clean and flat space of 2 by 2 meters which is protected from wind and rain. YES, I confirm the rental conditions with my signature:
