We're offering table-top spaces inside our marquees or external space. On the following page you'll be able to select and buy what space you want and for which of our two events.
Indoor Pitches include the use of 6ft tables. One table per 6ft pitch and two per 12ft pitch. The tables will be in place ready for use when you arrive. Outdoor pitches do not include tables.
If you require more space than a 5x5m stall, please get in contact.
We will need sight of third party liability insurance for any Outdoor Stall.
Arriving and Setting Up
We'll be delighted to see you from 0800 on the morning of each day. If booking to join us on the 25th & 26th May you are welcome to leave items on site overnight, at your own risk.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend the event. In the event of Cancellation, we will issue refunds within 14 days. Should either the 25th or 26th of May be cancelled, but the other day go ahead, a 50% refund will be issued.
- We accept no liability for loss or damage whilst on site.
- If hiring a table, we will require for any damage to be paid for should it occur. The full replacement cost of each table will be £100.
- The use of any drone or unmanned aerial vehicle is strictly prohibited at the Airfield. If selling any such item, the stallholder is responsible for informing the purchaser in writing and verbally of this rule. A simple paper warning affixed to the product will be sufficient.
- Helium baloons may not be present on site at any time.
- No LPG installations or generators are permitted, unless by prior arrangement with us.
