    • ICPA courses are offered on a first come first served basis as places are usually limited.
    • ICPA reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses if registration numbers are insufficient, subject to at least seven (7) days' notice before the course.
    • Where courses are delivered in-person at a venue arranged by ICPA, the course fee does not include transport to the venue or accommodation or any meals other than lunch provided at the training.
    • Payment is to be made in advance and course fees are payable upon acceptance of your registration for the course. Full payment must be received in advance of your attendance for the course and ICPA reserves the right to refuse permission to attend a course where full payment has not been received.
    • Advanced training courses are intended for those who have already undertaken basic level safeguarding training and if registering for an Advanced training course you confirm that you have previously received basic level safeguarding training (Applicable for Advanced courses only).
    • I have previously completed the full certificated ‘ICPA Advanced course’. (Applicable to Advanced Refresher Course only)
    • Refunds will only be available where the written request for a refund is received by ICPA at least seven (7) days before the course. Less any bank charges.
    • All training contents and documents are the intellectual property of International Child Protection Advisors Ltd (ICPA) and must not be shared or copied. Copies of Presentations used are not available.
    • Electronic recording, filming, storing, transmission or otherwise sharing of the presentations, materials, discussions, or sessions during ICPA training is not permitted.
