This form is to apply to join our Project School pilot programme. We only have five places on the initial pilot, however if it is successful we may look to expand this out further.

They will run from 09:30 - 11:30ish from our woodland site just outside Newquay (details will be posted on Whats App group)

Half Term Membership*

£10 per session for one adult and one school age child.

Additional £2 per sibling (maximum of 4 children per adult)

Under 18 months FREE with paying sibling

Swaparoo Session**
Cost: free

*Booking a membership will allow you to come to as many sessions as you wish during this half term. If you know in advanced that you can't make a week feel free to pass on your place to a friend using our swapperoo option. Simply get your friend to fill in this booking form and pay using the free swapperoo option.

**SWAPAROO is a way of passing on your place to someone else (useful if you know you are away that week or for some reason are unable to attend). You are welcome to sell this on or simply gift it to someone else. This is a simple process, simply ask them to fill out this form and the value of your place will be given to them. NOTE: If the value of the original place was for one child only then additional children must be paid for on the day at the half term sesssion rate. For more information please call 07773 799 755.

STATEMENT OF CONSENT: I am aged 18 or over and recognise that I am responsible for looking after those in my care while taking part in forest play sessions with Newquay Forest School. I understand that the site from which this session is run is a wild environment and as such will be subject to certain hazards (such as slippery surfaces and trip hazards). I agree to adhere to and uphold any relevant safety measures and understand that failure to do so may result in serious injury. I have considered the risks involved in undertaking the activity, including the risk of bumps, scrapes, cuts, bruises and other injuries and agree for myself and those in my care to undertake the activity.*
